Extreme Sports Cafe as a company has now been introducing people to their chosen extreme sport(s) for over ten years. In that time we have built on a wealth of experience from inside the company. In house we have always had Instructors who teach Instructors in most of the activities we promote. If we don't teach it we do it, and we do it because we love it.

The core Extreme Sports Cafe staff have been "doing" extreme sports such as; Skydiving, Scuba Diving, Free Diving, Kite Surfing, Climbing, Surfing, Paragliding, Paramotoring, Gliding, Flying planes and racing, to name just a few, for over 20 years in some cases!

We also visit every extreme sports school and every location that we promote, and test out the facilities, the accommodation, the food and perhaps most importantly the drink! ;-) If we don't like it then we don't promote it. But you can rest assured wherever you go with us we will have an answer to any of your questions, however bizarre!!

We also keep in touch with students long after they are customers and many have become friends. Some have even joined us and competed with us... Like our additional team members in Team Flying Dodo.

Our number one guarantee is that you won't pay a Penny, a Dollar, a Baht or a Euro more to us then you will if you go direct to any of our partners, and of course at our own centers we set a competitive price anyway.

We now have extreme sports centers and partners on virtually every continent and in every discipline. It may not be on our site yet.. but our site is only about 35% of what we have to offer. So don't be afraid to ask for something we don't have. We hate to disappoint.

Our core extreme sports locations in the world are Europe and the UK, Asia - specifically Thailand where our second office is, Australia, South America and the USA.

Any deposit for any course is totally safe with us until your course starts and (subject to our terms and conditions) you may cancel a course and transfer your deposit to any other product or service we offer with very little notice.

Included in your package is our support network and a personal service to make sure you have all the information you need to get to your course, holiday or experience comfortable and relaxed. You also have that ongoing support throughout your course... but to be honest no one has ever had to use it as our instructors, schools and resorts are so professional and provide such a comprehensive service that they are totally self sufficient.

If there is anything out of the ordinary you need, any special request or requirement we will do our best to make it happen. That is where we excel.

We don't just sell extreme sports packages and we don't sell something we don't know anything about. We can advise you from day one about the best way to go about your initial training and how to further that education in a way which is both enjoyable and cost effective. We are not just here to take your money! We have all been there and the last thing you want to do is waste your hard earned money making mistakes.

Because we all travel a great deal we centralize our communications through email and our web site. We do have phone numbers and a worldwide number is coming soon. On our contacts page you will notice that we have 'emergency numbers' which work 24 hours. However you will always get a reply to an email or an enquiry within a few hours as we all check our email several times a day wherever we are. With our two offices we are pretty much online 24 hours a day.

If you want to chat to one of our representatives we have Live Chat built into our web site and are also online in Thailand (GMT+7) during the working day, and often later, using Skype Instant Messenger and VOIP calls..

Sometimes we are online but busy so we show ourselves as 'away'.. Just buzz us anyway and we may answer..
