Just thought I would send a quick message to say how we got on in Spain with our AFF.
We had a excellent 12 days, completed the AFF in four
days then finished all the 10 consols, So I am now just awaiting my "A" licence.
The tuition from Kevin was excellent, he did a first class job with all of us on the course and made us some excellent video's.
So all in all it was a pretty dam good holiday, hopefully we will be back out there again in a few months.
So thanks for everything, oh and there are a few shots
for my video attached.

Both my instructors were really great guys, and I got on very well with both of them. I got the course and the consols done in 6 days, so was very happy with that. Hey Stephen,
For many reasons - in many ways - my tandem was a great experience.
First of all, I was very comfortable with Jukka. His low-key and
careful demeanor made me calm and gave me confidence before and during
the jump.
The weather was good - cool up top and warm at the bottom. A few
light clouds to make it interesting. Overcast so the light was
consistent - no sun but no glare.
Had that very odd / unnatural sensation when rolling out of the plane
and flipping downward. Then the free-fall, the exhilaration, the
view, everything rushing but also standing still.
After the chute - so calm, so quiet, so peaceful.
A few manoeuvres and then we landed - spot on.
All over WAY too quick.
Very nice. Glad I did it - will definitely be doing more of it.

J ust a quick mail to do a marketing plug for the guys on Fiji. They're not paying me to say this..honest!! Had a really awesome time... Actually ended up staying over two weeks instead of just the one! Loved the windsurfing and as the wind was a tad strong for beginning the first couple of days I figured as I was in no rush..why not stay another week!!? After a couple of days of spending a lot more time in the water than on the board I finally mastered the harness and by the last day I was flying along (relative terms!!) and totally loving it!
The accomodation was great..hot showers were a real bonus! And Martha who works there as his housekeeper was like an adopted mother (better than a mother in fact as she also brews up a mean cava and plays cards!!)
Did loads of random activities as well as the windsurfing..kayaking, hiking round the island, crabbing at night, snorkelling, you name it and met some lovely peeps staying there.
The people there were great hosts..still not quite sure how they manage to cram everything into a 24 hour day and keep all your guests sweet, but they seem to have it down to a fine art!!
Not looking forward to returning to a cold wet british winter but great memories!!

Hi Stephen,

Would just like to let you know about the great time I had learning MPG flying with James during the last four days. Had a bit of a problem with accomodation at my own place so James offered to let me stay at his place and he made me felt very comfortable there. He also spent quite a fair bit of time guiding me to his place over the phone when i got lost in the middle of the night trying to make my way there, without really losing his patience, even though i kept getting it wrong... James and his family were very gracious, friendly and easy-going hosts and made my stay there a really pleasant one...

A big thank you for arranging the tandum jumps in Thailand for us.

What can i say about my jump except "OH MY GOD" it was the most buzzing and mind blowing exsperince i have ever done in my life. I dont have the words to describe it. I have watched the dvd about a 100 times and only got back from Thai land yesterday. What a fantastic feeling when your sat on the edge of the plane and your life flashes before your eyes, then 1,2,3 and you role out of the plane all i did was scream from top till bottom then screamed some more.

Just to let you know we had a wicked time in Madrid and it was the best surprise for my friend to do a skydive with [you] on her birthday. The only thing that went wrong was the train went from Atoche not Charmartin. But they waited for us and otherwise it was all good. The Cake was wonderful, the pick up was on time and they were really friendly and accomodating. My friend will never forget her birthday. Thanks for all your help.

Have been back now a while from my holliday in Asia and would just like to thank you. I compleated a paramotoring course in Malaysia and had a ball. It is something i hope to keep up now i have returned to the uk.The instructor James was fantastic and looked after me very well for the week,along with getting me in the air which was a thrilling experience,the accomodation was great and all in all it was not an inconvinience at all traveling to mayalasia as weather for training and flying was ideal,thanks again with helping me and will be recomending it to people in the future

I've recently returned from my [kitesurfing trip] in Fiji. The accomodations were so very comfortable and the staff was so accomodating and willing to do whatever. One of the fellows built us a snare to try and catch a mongoose that had been hangin around the lodge. None of us staying there had seen a mongoose and without having to ask, dude set up a snare. So cool. And I had such lucky timing. The wind for kiting was fantabulous. The last day there was almost too much...almost. Those days of kiting wetsuit-free were, well...fuckin awesome. pardon my language, but this trip is unmatched and I look forward to doing it again as soon as I can.
